Q3: How do I measure a box? 
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth.
Place the carton in front of you with the open end up.
Length is the longest open end dimensions from left to right.
Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back.
Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.

Q4: If we want to create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
Quotation step : PDF, CDR, AI, PSD. 
Mass Production : AI

Q5: How do you ship the finished products?

Q6: When can I get the price?

Q7: How can I get the graphic artwork before samples making or order?
We make a template to you,then you put your design in it.
Or Pls provide your original graphic logo and text fonts in AI format to us,we will make a complete artwork for your final confirmation.

Q8: How can I get your sample to check your quality?
One or two WHITE samples is free,COLOR samples are requested for charges .
The costs is base on the product.
All samples will be sent out by the buyer's frieght collect account No.

Q9: How long can I get samples?
Within 7~9 days,details depend on product's character.

Q10: Can I put my personal logo on it ?
White sample no, color sample is ok.
Mass product can customized logo,size,color.

Q11: Can you do the designs for us?
Yes,we have our own design team.
We can offer 2~3 design proposals for your reference base on your concept or idea.

Q12: What's the lead time for mass production?
Off season : within15~20 days after PP samples finally confirmed .
Peak season : within 35~45 days after PP samples finally confirmed .
Or negotiate based on the quantity of the order.
