What is Leaning Label?
Leaning Label is a Tilt and Tip Detection Indicator Label Sticker, it provides monitor, detect and track to customer's goods or products that must Keep UPRIGHT during transit or in storage. Leaning Labels usually applied on packaging or a carton. Once the goods with Tilt N Tip indicator Label are tilted, tipped to the left or right, complete overturn, lay flat, placed horizontally...etc, the middle window of Leaning Label will turn red. In this situation, products inside the carton may be damaged and broken. However, some customers also use Leaning Label for different needs, for example, apply tilt indicator label on equipment to detect tilting, tipping, leaning and sloping to it.
After years, more and more shippers from Logistic, transport and couriers know this labels, called it tilt indicator, tilt watch label, tip N tell... etc. Most handlers understand the effect and consequence of Leaning Label, which may get in trouble and take full responsibility for damaged goods. Therefore, Leaning Label successfully reduces and decreases the possibility of damage goods occurred.
Leaning Label Plus is a Multifunctional and Easy-to-Use indicator that can easily tell if the goods have ever been dumped, tilted, turned over, laid flat, put horizontal during transit or in storage. There are 3 seperate indicator sections in Leaning Label Plus.
Section 1 indicates total overturn (180° degree tilt detection)
Section 2 indicates the degree of tilt to the left, from 30° to 80° degree. (Increase every 10° degree)
Section 3 indicates the degree of tilt to the right, from 30° to 80° degree. (Increases every 10° degree)
Therefore, once your goods is been tilted over 30° degree, the indicator will activate and makes the relevant person notice.
For Leaning Label Plus, there are GROOVE DESIGN to prevent the indicating ball rolling back which can turely indicates the degree of tilting. This design has been successfully applied for the Patent of Multiple angles indicator label and also make our customers have highly confidence to our products.

Instructions for Use
How to use Leaning Label PLUS ( multi angles tilt indicator ) Labels?
1. Rip off the safety seal of the Leaning Label Plus, the tilt indicator will start detecting tilt angles.
( Note: Do Not Shake and Keep Leaning Label Plus Upright after ripping off the seal )
2. Stick Leaning Label Plus on the correct position
3. Apply the Warning Label next to the Leaning Label Plus and Write the Unaccepted Tilt Angles of the Goods on the blank.
4. Apply the Small Warning Sticker of its above on the bill of lading to remind handlers that the shipments are with Leaning Label Plus (multi angles tilt indicators)

Q: How does Goods Tracking System work? How do we use this system?
First of all, the couriers should install the applications on IEI mobile or smartphone. The system will guide them on how to upload the situation of labels. Second, as the goods is ready to ship, the relative personnel from the warehouse should stick the labels on each cargo, take a photo of the label and upload the situation of the label.
After that, the cargo will send out and start to transit. It should be that there are lots of different couriers transit the cargo. Within this process, every courier should install the applications on IEI mobile or smartphone and upload the condition to see if the labels activated or not until the goods arrives at the destination. Within this process, you may see where the cargo is located at backstage. If the label is activated, the system will automatically send an email of notification to you.

Q: Since Impact Label is sensitive, what do you do for packing?
Considering Impact label is very sensitive and the WHITE tube in the middle is easy to be activated. It requires packing weight must heavy enough when they are packed and shipped, otherwise they will be easy to be broken caused by rough handling in shipping. We also put some foam sheets into each carton and other buffer materials.
However, If customer finds Impact labels activated as receive, we promise to Compensate Customer's Lost. We will either send the replacement to the customer or refund the defected ones cost!
Q: What does G mean in models 25G, 37G, 50G…?
G means Gravity Value that is a unit of impact label. It's like the G-force that you may experience in amusement park.
Q: Do you have any certificate for your own brand Impact Label and Leaning Label?
